Dare to be Different

So these days everything is happening all at once, that's what it feels like, things can’t happen fast enough. I have so many things floating around my mind i should really jot them down, which i suppose that is what a blog is for, but lately i haven't even had time to do that. Despite this i am always finding new things to do. It’s nice these days to spend time with friends, family and Steven (it’s funny how he falls into his own category).
So then, i really like the crisp air nowadays the way it nips at your nose the time to hug people and drink tea. Even though i am not a huge fan of the cold i still like this time of the year, i feel it can go one of two ways, it can bring people closer or drive people apart. I lack motivation. I have motivation. I feel loyal and devoted to my work. People are worrying me also at the moment, people who have so much to live for and are keeping secrets, failing to see how they are important. I need to see these people more often.
It actually makes me physically sick when people want things they cannot have and just expect them to happen without them taking any course of action or not working for their things. It is strange how people think they can have whatever they want whenever they want it. I don’t like people who think they know me when they clearly don’t and i do not express all of my private life to the public, like most people who don’t, there are just something’s that should be kept behind closed doors. So some people don’t know me and do not understand me and it is these people that never will.
We are doing this poem in English called ‘Defying Gravity’ it has really opened my eyes and i do really like it however depressing people may think it is.
Having nothing to do is the most tedious thing in the world. Things may annoy you. You may break down. You always have to remember that there is so poor bastard out there who is much worse than you, and that my friend is what they call life.
Note To Self: May i also add, very quickly to what has been an extensive rant, that being head girl is harder than it looks, but very, very worth it! :D

Here is a picture of my Winter Wonders, I know what you’re thinking, mad to wear a skirt, in this weather? But note that is completed with a long cardigan, thick black tights and a scarf, you got to dare to be different, Right?

This picture is of Vanessa’s charm bracelet, a totally stunning family air loom. I love how the focus is on the charm at the back. For me it says that something’s can be right in your face and they are all you see but if you look a little bit closer and focus you can see something beautiful something back from the rest , like a diamond in the rough. (And also the iPod in the far background which has grown to be Vanessa’s trade mark!)

This final picture is a sample of cakes my mom created from a cake sale in our school, i have decided to make little thing to sells to people for valentines’ day and these cakes are just too cute... Enjoy!
